What Is Daily Planning?
A live group session where we use a proven planning method to organize your priorities, identify what actually matters, and create focus for the day ahead.
This isn't a to-do list dump. It's a structured approach to deciding what gets your attention today—and what doesn't.
What Happens in the Session
We meet every morning at 10:00 PST via Zoom for 20 minutes.
Here's the flow:
Greeting & Hydration (2 min) Greeting and Hydration (drink 8 ounces of water before your planning session!
Syncing (3 min) Review yesterdays checklist. Move any incomplete tasks to todays checklist.
Brain Dump (7 min) Just like the title says, we take 7 minutes to just dump out our thoughts and plans onto the checklist.
Prioritize (5 min) Using a structured method, we identify your A-priorities (must happen today), B-priorities (should happen), and C-priorities (nice to have)
Closing & Hydration (2 min) Closing and Hydration (drink 8 ounces of water to end your session)! CONGRATS! You’ve had 25% of your daily water intake before you begin your day.

What if I miss a day? Life happens. Jump back in the next morning. Consistency matters more than perfection.
What if I'm in a different time zone? If 10am PST doesn't work for you, check back—I may add more session times based on demand.
Do I need to prepare anything? Just bring 16 ounces of water, a notebook or planner, pen/pencil, and a smile and be ready to focus for 20 minutes.
What if I've never done task planning before? Perfect. I'll walk you through the method each day. No experience needed.
